Accounts Receivable – Small Balance is directly responsible for performing day to day collections activities within the assigned portfolio of accounts. These includes following up with clients for payment, following up internally with other departments for unresolved disputes and providing any other assistance that the Credit Manager may require due to business needs. He/she will be required to contact 50-75 clients per day to make payment arrangements and escalate any issues to the Credit Manager.

The Junior Accountant shall be responsible for assisting the Finance team with the management of overall financial operations of National Concrete Accessories, to provide accurate information to management, including financial analysis, budgeting and preparing financial reports. The Junior Accountant will aid the Controller in cash management, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, month end processing, and reporting both internally and externally.
As the Operations Manager, you will provide support to the Branch Manager by assisting in overseeing the efficient operation of the Vancouver area branches. This includes assisting with the management of inside sales and warehouse teams to meet and exceed the branch profit targets. You will partner with the Branch Manager to mentor and coach staff to provide optimal support to the sales process. As well, you will manage and maintain the schedule of branch staff to ensure proper coverage and foster a motivated, diverse team environment. Direct reports include all staff in customer service and warehouse departments. You will manage priorities in a multibranch environment [within the lower mainland].

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and seamless processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warehouse Associate must load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use any necessary equipment, e.g. lift truck, forklift, etc. Other responsibilities will include the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify contents and quality, and may be required to assist in the scheduling of freight appointments. The Warehouse Associate must understand the impact of this position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations. Inventory management, vendor relations with shipping companies, as well as customer service skills are essential functions for this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Inventory Count Associate
We are currently looking for an Inventory Count Associate for our Toronto location to perform regular counts to identify possible discrepancies in inventory quantities and reconcile discovered variances according to the approved policies and procedures.
