The Lead Hand must have a high level of mechanical aptitude, and 3 years work experience as a Lead Hand. Responsibilities shall include the guidance of several warehouse employees, maintaining product quality, shipping, receiving, safety, and will work with the warehouse manager, branch manager and warehouse employees to coordinate shipping and receiving schedules and maintain the organization of the warehouse and coordination of company delivery trucks.

General Accountant

The General Accountant shall be responsible for assisting the Finance team with the management of overall financial operations of National Concrete Accessories, to provide accurate information to management, including financial analysis, budgeting and preparing financial reports. The Generals Accountant will aid the Controller in cash management, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, month end processing, and reporting both internally and externally.

Warehouse Associate
Edmonton - 116 Ave, AB
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and seamless processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warehouse Associate must load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting, and use any necessary equipment, e.g. lift truck, forklift, etc. Other responsibilities will include the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify contents and quality, and may be required to assist in the scheduling of freight appointments. The Warehouse Associate must understand the impact of this position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations. Inventory management, vendor relations with shipping companies, as well as customer service skills are essential functions for this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

IT Coordinator

The IT Coordinator position is responsible for monitoring and managing assigned Information Technology equipment and systems including but not limited to: servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones and phone systems, and networking devices. This position will also be primarily responsible for implementation of the updates required by the ERP Systems in use. This position is the primary contact for staff with the daily troubleshooting of the organization’s information technology issues and works closely with the Director of Information Technology.
